With many years of public-safety and law enforcement experience, Command Point Consulting is proud to offer an array of services.

Public Safety Consulting

We provide professional consulting services to public safety agencies and organizations. Services may include program development, leadership and organizational consulting, policy and procedure review, training program development, and subject-matter consultation related to fire service, emergency services, fire investigation, and public safety operations. (Consulting services are advisory and educational in nature and do not include emergency response or hands-on explosive mitigation activities.)

Adult Vocational Instruction

We also provide professional adult education and vocational instruction primarily for public safety and emergency service professionals. This includes contract instruction for organizations such as the National Fire Academy and may include classroom instruction, workshops, presentations, and professional development courses related to fire service operations, investigations, leadership, emergency services, and other public safety topics.

Youth Behavioral Fire Intervention

With the help of a federal grant, Command Point Consulting provides coordination, education, assessment support, and program management for a youth fire prevention and intervention program. Services focus on identifying and addressing youth firesetting behaviors through education, structured intervention, family engagement, referrals, program coordination, community outreach, and collaboration with fire departments and other community partners. Services are educational and preventive in nature and do not include clinical mental health diagnosis or treatment.
